Laar Humanitarian and Development Programme (LHDP) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance and sustainable development initiatives across Sindh.

LHDP invites applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following positions under the project:

Project Title: Heat Justice for Workers: Building Climate-Resilient and Inclusive Labour Systems in Sindh's Urban Hotspots

2. Position: Project Assistant (02 Positions)

Duty Stations:1 for District Larkana 1 for District Sukkur

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day implementation of project activities at the district level.
Coordinate community mobilization, meetings, trainings, and awareness sessions.
Maintain project documentation, records, attendance sheets, and activity reports.
Assist in data collection, monitoring visits, and reporting.
Liaise with local stakeholders and support logistics for project activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with NGOs/INGOs or development projects.
Good interpersonal, reporting, and computer skills.
Ability to travel within the project district.

General Requirements

Strong commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Fluency in Sindhi and Urdu is essential; working knowledge of English will be an advantage.
