Vision Healthcare Foundation invites proposals from qualified architecture, healthcare planning and multidisciplinary design consultancy firms for the planning and design of the Naseema Khatoon Community Health Centre (NK-CHC), NK-1 Attock. The proposed project is a permanent, ophthalmology-led community healthcare campus on an approximately two-acre site, currently being tested as a ground-plus-three development with phased commissioning.

The selected consultant/firm will be expected to undertake:

·       Site verification and master planning;

·       Healthcare functional planning and clinical workflow design;

·       At least three site-responsive design/massing options;

·       Architectural concept and coordinated design;

·       Structural/civil, MEP/HVAC, fire/life-safety and healthcare engineering coordination;

·       Equipment test-fits and room data sheets;

·       Accessibility, IPC, safeguarding and resilience integration;

·       Phasing and cost planning;

·       Approvals/compliance coordination; and

·       Tender/procurement documentation and construction-stage support where included in the final appointment.
