Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. CIPS or another relevant procurement certification will be an advantage.

At least 5 years’ experience in procurement planning and execution, preparation of specifications/RFQs, supplier sourcing and due diligence, quotation/bid evaluation, commercial comparison, contracting, purchase-order management, delivery follow-up and procurement documentation. Experience in machinery/equipment procurement, vendor negotiation, inspection/acceptance processes and development-sector or MSME assignments will be preferred.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
