REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
Pak Mission Society invites sealed quotations from qualified vendors for the Provision of Latrine Materials (630 latrines) in District Rajanpur Field Area, as per the specifications and locations detailed below.
Instructions to Bidders
- Submit your quotation in a single sealed envelope, on your company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, marked “RFQ – Provision of Latrine Materials (Rajanpur).”
- Send/deliver to: Pak Mission Society, House # 333, Street # 29, G-14/4 Islamabad – Pakistan.
- Deadline for submission: 10th September 2026, 11:00 AM. Quotations will be opened by the Procurement Committee the same day at 11:15 AM. Late quotations will not be considered.
- Quoted prices must be in PKR, inclusive of all applicable taxes, loading and delivery charges to site.
- Quotation must remain valid for 30 days from the opening date.
- Payment: 100% upon completion of delivery, within 90 days. Partial payment against delivered items is not acceptable.
- Samples: The shortlisted/successful bidder will be required to submit samples of the quoted items for verification after bid finalization, at PMS's Rajanpur office.
- PMS reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, split the order among vendors, or reject any/all quotations without assigning reasons.

Only complete, properly sealed and marked quotations received by the stated deadline will be considered. PMS is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation and will not be liable for any costs incurred by bidders in the preparation or submission of their quotations. Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be notified in writing following evaluation.
