Positions Announcement

A reputable non-governmental organization based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is expected to implement a project in District Bar Swat. Applications are invited from qualified, competent, and professionally motivated individuals for the following positions:

1. Project Officer Engineering

• Qualification: B.Sc (Civil Engineering) / B.Tech (Hons)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in the development sector, with at least 2 years of post-degree relevant experience, preferably with NNGO/INGO on similar nature projects

• Duty Station: Madyan Tehsil Bahrain District Bar Swat

• Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient management of the WASH infrastructure component in line with the project proposal, processes, budget, timeline, and regulations as per donor partnership agreements.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, component heads, and stakeholders for efficient activity implementation and progress sharing.

  • Assist the Project Manager and PO M&E in monitoring, evaluation, and quality progress reporting for the WASH infrastructure component.

  • Regularly monitor financial resource expenditure and asset usage according to approved budgets, providing structured feedback and monthly reports.

  • Coordinate capacity-building support from donor, M&E, Finance, Logistics, and Security sections as required.

  • Maintain and properly record all necessary program documents at the field level.

  • Ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in project activities, as well as handle beneficiary and stakeholder complaints
