A well-reputed non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with the Government of Pakistan, having a signed MoU with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), Islamabad, and required NOCs from the Home Departments, has been working for the integrated development of rural marginalized communities without any discrimination of race, creed, or religion in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan since 2004.
This position is offered on a one-year contract basis with the possibility of extension.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer |
Position Requirements: Education and Experience: A Master’s Degree in Agriculture (preferred) or Social Sciences is required, with knowledge of sustainable cotton production. The candidate should have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) within the Cotton Project (preferred) or other agriculture projects. Preference will be given to candidates with: Proven experience in designing and managing M&E systems, including data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to translate M&E findings into actionable insights to inform project strategies and decision-making. Strong track record of collaboration with field teams, partners, and smallholder farmers to ensure accurate and timely data for program evaluation. Experience in building capacity and training staff on M & E tools, approaches, and best practices. |
