Duties and Responsibilities
-
Serve as lead focal person for the project in the target district, providing overall leadership, coordination, and quality assurance for all GBV prevention and response interventions.

Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation of project activities in line with approved workplans, budgets, donor requirements, and organizational policies.

Lead and oversee community-based interventions, including WSHG activities, awareness sessions, capacity-building trainings, and collective community actions.

Coordinate capacity-building of women, adolescent girls, men, boys, youth, faith actors, and key government and service providers on GBV, psychosocial support, and survivor-centered approaches.

Ensure integration of GBV Guiding Principles and effective survivor-centered coordination and referral mechanisms with Dar ul Aman, Safe Homes, Police, Women Development Department, Women Complaint Cell, and other stakeholders.

Engage and manage partnerships with local CSOs, community leaders, and faith actors to strengthen outreach, ownership, and impact of project interventions.

Oversee assessments, monitoring, and documentation including GBV referral mapping, market assessments, beneficiary records, and data management.

Supervise case management, psychosocial support, and assistance to GBV survivors, ensuring safety, confidentiality, dignity, and quality of services.

Lead documentation and reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports, case studies, and stories of change.

Facilitate regular planning, review, and learning meetings to track progress, address challenges, and support adaptive management.

Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding standards, code of conduct, and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualification & Skills:
-
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in the non-profit sector in GBV projects/assignments
-
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender studies, Development studies, other related field.

Strong understanding of GBV case management, survivor-centered approaches, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement
-
Proficiency in English language, both in writing and verbal communication

Excellent communication and representative skills

Strong report writing skills

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work as part of a team.
