Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in France. Founded in 1991, SIF is a non-profit, non-partisan and non-political organization whose mission is to provide relief, protect lives and support vulnerable populations affected by natural disasters, armed conflicts and economic crises. SIF operates in more than 20 countries worldwide through emergency, recovery and development programs. For over 20 years, SIF has been assisting vulnerable communities while respecting cultural diversity and without discrimination based on origin, religion or gender.

In Pakistan, SIF has been actively involved in humanitarian and relief interventions since 2010. Its emergency and relief projects have reached more than 700,000 flood- and drought-affected people across AJK, KPK, Punjab and Sindh. Assistance has included food and non-food items, drinking water, livelihood support, permanent and semi-permanent shelters, schools, and cash-based interventions funded by the UN World Food Programme.

SIF Pakistan intends to award a contract for the Procurement of Ramadan Food Packs for its Food Security & Livelihoods (FSL) Project in Punjab, KPK, Sindh and Balochistan.

Interested parties are requested to submit their Expression of Interest, clearly mentioning the Tender Reference Number, to the above-mentioned email address.

SIF is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any tender without assigning any reason.
