Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organization (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860 in Punjab with a vision to ‘create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilize their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. Core thematic areas of AGAHE include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

Provision of  Rental Monthly/Daily Vehicles Services required under project activity in District Sialkot, Kasur, Okara & Lahore or as per project need with the Base Office in Sialkot. The supplies/services are required as mentioned in specifications. AGAHE is inviting qualified and experienced suppliers bid for the contract of Supplies.

General Remarks and Special Conditions

• The services offered must be according to the terms and conditions specified in the below sections and subsequently agreed through the contract between AGAHE and the said service provider.
• All services must be delivered according to the terms and conditions listed below. Timely provision of services in accordance with the negotiated delivery period is of utmost importance.

The tenderer must comply with the conditions and instructions as stated in the tender pack. Failure to do so may lead to the rejection of the tenderer. AGAHE tender committee has the right to accept/ reject any offer. The decision of the tender committee is final regarding the evaluation of the offers and not challenging in any court/forum.

• “Tenderer” means any person, partnership, firm or company being prequalified and submitting a fully priced offer in accordance with the tender and must be a registered firm (this contrasts with what is mentioned earlier)
• All recipients of the tender document shall, whether they submit the tender or not, treat the details contained therein as confidential and should submit the complete tender pack fully signed and stamped along with the offer.
