Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) currently has over 50 BCI staff working in Pakistan. We travel domestically and internationally (Europe, Central & Southeast Asia, Africa and North America), for: field visits, visits to other offices, visits to members and partners, annual team meetings, BCI Conferences/workshops, etc.
We are seeking proposals from Travel Services Providers who are registered in Pakistan, are interested in partnering with BCI and can offer travel services through an online booking tool. The Travel Service Provider should provide services including, but not limited to air ticketing, airport transfers, hotel reservation, visa services, embassy visa appointments, and other relevant travel services, with majority of the services available on the online booking tool.
We are looking to establish a partnership with a specialised Travel Services Provider for a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
The Travel Services Provider should have experienced personnel and management to provide BCI with best-in-class travel services in terms of efficient technology, processes, and systems for the benefit of its travellers. Through this, BCI should be provided with the most competitive, qualified, responsive, and high-quality service, representing the best value for money.
The online platform should include options for air ticketing, airport transfers, hotel reservation, visa services, embassy visa appointments, and other relevant travel services.
