Pak Mission Society (PMS), a company licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids from PEC licensed contractors (Category C5 or C6) for the following works in District Rajanpur and Lasbela.

Note: - Tender documents will be issued upon written request submitted on the bidder’s official company letterhead upon payment of a tender document fee of PKR 1,000/- applicable for all LOTs.

Interested bidders may collect the tender documents during office hours from March 9, 2026, to March 30, 2026 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the following address:

1. The Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the above-mentioned address on March 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM to address any clarifications or questions regarding the drawings and BOQs.
2. Bid Submission Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM

Bid Opening: Same day at 11:15 AM at Pak Mission Society Head Office.

1. CDR Submission: At the time of bid submission, bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2.5% of the total quoted bid value as bid security in favor of Pak Mission Society (NTN # 3673174).
2. Rejection of Documents: Incomplete bid submissions or bids without the required CDR will be rejected.
