Location: Multan
Consultant's Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Mobilizing and marketing to potential trainees
  • Conducting and managing training programs
  • Supervising and supporting trainee progress
  • Managing operational logistics
  • Ensuring successful graduation of trainees
  • Ensure passed out trainees’ connectivity with job opportunity
  • Submitting final reports and documentation including trainees’ attendance, training session pictures, videos/testimonials, success stories etc.  

Working Terms: This is a field and results-based consultancy; there are no fixed working hours. The Consultant is responsible for meeting agreed targets and deliverables in a professional and timely manner.

Consultancy Fee: commision based -Payments shall be calculated at the end of each month’s calendar, based on the actual number of eligible trainees.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. 
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in student admissions, marketing, outreach, business development, training coordination, or the TVET/education sector. Strong communication, presentation, counseling, networking, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. 
  • The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, willing to travel within the assigned region, and capable of promoting training programs, generating enrollments, and building effective relationships with educational institutions, industries, and community stakeholders.
