Position Summary

Broadigo is hiring confident and performance-driven individuals for the role of CSR – Multi-Campaign Sales Specialist. This position is ideal for candidates who excel in communication, relationship management, and client engagement across multiple campaigns. You will play a vital role in connecting prospective clients with tailored solutions while contributing to organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions across multiple campaigns (inbound and outbound) 
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into potential clients 
• Deliver a consultative and solution-oriented experience 
• Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions 
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (TCPA/HIPAA where required) 
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems 
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance strategies and performance 
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets 

Candidate Profile

Experienced Professionals (12 Positions)

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Sales / Lead Generation / Client Engagement 
• Proven ability to handle objections and close opportunities effectively 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools 
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently 

Fresh Candidates / Entry-Level (8 Positions)

• Excellent English communication skills (Neutral or US accent preferred) 
• Confident, energetic, and eager to learn 
• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply 
• Willingness to undergo a structured training program
