Action Against Hunger (ACF) is an international humanitarian organization committed to ending hunger and addressing its root causes. ACF works to save the lives of malnourished children while supporting communities with access to safe water, sanitation, and essential services. With over 30 years of experience, ACF implements life‑saving and resilience‑building programs in more than 55 countries.

Action Against Hunger invites sealed quotations from eligible and registered contractors for the Construction, Repair, and Rehabilitation Works at the following locations:

• Samali RHC, Quetta
• BHU Labour Colony, Quetta

Detailed BOQs for both sites are attached with this RFQ.

Bidders are required to submit quotations strictly as per the attached BOQs, inclusive of:

• All applicable taxes
• Materials
• Labor
• Transportation
• Tools and equipment
• Delivery and execution at the specified sites

Payment will be made after completion of works as per agreed quantities and specifications, through cross cheque in the name of the registered firm, after deduction of all applicable taxes in accordance with Government of Pakistan regulations.

 Quotation must be submitted in the provided Excel BOQ format

• A signed and stamped scanned copy on company letterhead must be attached
• All pages, including ACF Terms & Conditions of Purchase, must be signed and stamped
• Valid company registration and supporting documents must be attached

Incomplete, unsigned, or overwritten quotations will not be considered.

Sealed Quotations must be submitted no later than 11 May 2026 via courier to the address below;
