Position Summary:
To lead the planning, execution, and quality assurance of deep and shallow water wells, solar water wells, water filtration plants, CPIsand mosque construction in assigned districts. Ensure all infrastructure is designed, surveyed, and constructed according to engineering standards, BOQs, environmental and social safe guards and Human Appeal’s policies, including Islamic values of transparency, accountability, and community service.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and GIS for survey mapping.
- Strong understanding of groundwater hydrology, drilling techniques, and solar pumping systems.
- Strong ability to read and prepare BOQs and technical drawings, in detail.
- Fluent in Urdu and English (local language of province is a plus).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.
- Strong management, coordination, monitoring and reporting skills
