Relevant Experience:

Current student or recent graduate in International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Description:

The Interns will work closely with the Country Director to support the operational, programmatic, and strategic activities of the organization in Pakistan. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in humanitarian and development work, providing valuable insights into the workings of an international NGO.

Terms of Reference:

 a)     Assist the Country Director with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.

b)     Support Country Director in enhancing AFH Pakistan policy framework and operational manuals to align with best practices and organisational goals.

c)     Review existing policies and manuals of AFH International and assist Country Director in developing AFH Pakistan policies and manuals.

d)     Assist the Country Director in carrying out donor scoping for Pakistan in line with AFH Global and Country strategies as well as to maintain database of donor organisations.

e)    Conduct research on relevant topics such as local humanitarian and development needs, policy updates and donor trends.
