Job Description:

Assist in the management and coordination of all logistical activities, including procurement, transportation, and distribution of goods and supplies.

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and other logistical data.

Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and field staff.

Keep detailed records of all inventory and assets, tracking their location, status, and usage.

Monitor stock levels and generate reports on supply needs and consumption rates.

Input, update, and maintain logistical and operational data into the Management Information System (MIS).

Ensure all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and filed correctly for easy retrieval.

Compile and organize data for reporting purposes as required by management or donors.

Assist in the maintenance and operation of the MIS, ensuring timely update of logistical records in the given application.

Managing the crowd at the Field Center (FC) and ensuring the timely provision of the required quantity of Specialized Nutritious Foods (SNF) to facilitate smooth operations at the FC.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on logistics, inventory, and data management activities.

Collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure efficient logistics support.

Maintain open lines of communication with program staff to address any logistical or MIS-related concerns.

Ensure that all logistics processes and data management follow organizational policies and donor guidelines.

Ensure all logistical procedures and documentation are in compliance with internal and external policies, including procurement standards, safety regulations, and donor requirements.

Safeguard data privacy and ensure that all MIS activities comply with data protection standards.
