CARE Pakistan invites reputable media firms to prequalify for a non-financial Framework Agreement to support its communications and media services across Pakistan. This is a 2-year engagement (extendable for 1 more year) offering dynamic opportunities to collaborate on impactful humanitarian and development projects.

Scope of Services:

• High-quality audio-visual production, photography, and digital media content creation.
• Strategic PR and media dissemination.
• Creative design and branding for print and digital platforms.
• Event curation, management, and live broadcasting.
• Social media campaigns and website maintenance.
• Translation services into multiple local languages.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registration under SECP or equivalent.
• Proven expertise of 10-15 years in media services.
• Portfolio showcasing excellence in documentary production, PR campaigns, and innovative digital content.
• Previous experience with international organizations is an asset.
• A robust in-house team with technical capacity, including studios and equipment.
