About CARE Pakistan:

Project Overview:
The Chef De Cuisine project aims to support 6000 home-based chefs in Pakistan within the MSME hospitality sector, focusing on culinary skills, business growth, digital financial literacy, and climate-sensitive practices. In partnership with culinary institutions, e-commerce platforms, and financial institutions, this initiative promotes economic empowerment for women in the culinary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Kick-off and Coordination: Organize the project launch meeting, develop a project work plan, and coordinate with key partners.
- Partnership Development: Finalize agreements with culinary institutes and other stakeholders.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate on training content covering culinary arts, business, and digital literacy.
- Participant Selection: Oversee recruitment and selection of home chefs for training.
- Budget Monitoring and Reporting: Work closely with CARE’s finance team to manage the budget and submit periodic progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital training, women’s empowerment, or the culinary sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (mandatory).
- Proven experience with Pakistan’s MSME and culinary sectors.
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
