We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
Administrative Support:

Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and managing files.
Customer Service:

Address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide accurate information about the organization, its services, or its policies.
Security & Protocols:

Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with security staff for access control when necessary.
Miscellaneous Duties:

Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
Support staff with minor administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in front desk operations, reception, or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly demeanor and a professional appearance.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with phone systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Basic understanding of administrative procedures and processes.
