Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP) is a non-profit organization seeking qualified vendors for the provision of Hydroponic kits in 15 villages of Union Councils Sobhiyar & Jhirmirio Taluka Diplo District Tharparkar.

1.     Project Overview:

PVDP is implementing a project titled Strengthening the livelihoods and Resilience of Vulnerable Agricultural Communities in Rural Sindh, Phase-2 with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH).

3.      Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in similar types of items to different NGOs/INGOs.
  • Cost-effectiveness (The lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, time, and previous experience will also be considered).                                                                                                                                                                                     

The shortlisted vendor will be requested to submit samples for approval. Upon approval of the samples, a Purchased Order may be offered for the deliveries.

4.     Key requirements for your quotation submission:

Interested vendors must submit the following:

  • Company profile with relevant experience.
  • Quotation price should include all applicable taxes, Material Costs, Labor Costs, Transport etc. on company letterhead.
  • Include the expiry date of your quotation, NTN number, phone number etc.
  • Clearly state the payment terms in your quotation.
  • Quotations should be submitted sealed envelope at mentioned below address.
  • Payment details of the Supplier must be clearly stated e.g., to whom the cheque should be addressed and if necessary.
  • Also fill & sign the CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST DISCLOSURE FORM attached with this RFQ.

5.     Terms and Conditions

  • The PVDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
  • The PVDP will not be responsible for any costs incurred by vendors in preparing and submitting their proposals.
  • PVDP will not be responsible for any damage and loss of goods during transportation.
  • Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.
  • Payment will be made in cross cheque within one to two weeks of satisfactory Completion of the work.                                                     

6.     Submission Deadline

The submission deadline is 05:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the mentioned address. Late submission will not be accepted.
