We are a multinational development consulting firm with offices in Pakistan, U.S., and the UK, and over 30 years of multi-disciplinary experience in planning, design, project management and M&E services in our core areas of focus covering i) Engineering, ii) Social Sectors, and iii) Climate Change/Environment portfolios. Our clients include major federal and provincial government agencies; large donors including the World Bank, UN, EU, ADB, USAID, KFW; as well as global Consulting firms who frequently partner with us on a diverse range of projects.

We invite expressions of interest (EOI) from enterprising professionals and small consulting firms in ICT, Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan, GB, and AJK to partner with us in our expanding multi-sectoral consulting business. Partnerships will mainly focus on the three core areas of focus. However, we remain open to EOIs in other sectors that offer prospects for business growth. 

Individual partners may include entrepreneurs, senior consultants, retired government officials and enterprising members of the academia. Potential consulting organizations may cover a range of small firms who are willing to partner and benefit from an exciting prospect of national/international consulting and professional growth.
