Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors (preferably in business administration, Commerce, public administration)
Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience, preferably in NGO Sector.
Knowledge of Security Protocols is essential (both at local level & for foreign delegations).
Strong administrative and logistical skills.
Fluency in English and Urdu.

Major Role & Responsibilities:

The Office In charge will responsible for overall administrative, logistics & Security matters of Islamabad Office.
Oversee Daily Office Operations and coordinate with Head Office regarding all operational activities of Islamabad Office.
Manager administrative duties in timely manner and facilitate the ISB Office Team in their operational activities.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, events and conferences
Arrange and manage logistical support to team.
Responsible for Facility Management (maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, refreshments)
Responsible for the arrangement and maintenance of Inventory.
Ensure Office Safety & Security protocols
Monitor access control and surveillance
Respond to security incidents
