Qualification:

MBA / MPA / MS (Business Administration) from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Prior experience in Oil & Gas or energy-related industries will be a strong advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Development
- Act as the company’s focal person for liaison with local communities, district authorities, and government agencies regarding social welfare and development initiatives.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with community leaders, notables, and local institutions to ensure smooth operations of exploration and production activities.
- Identify community needs through surveys, consultations, and participatory approaches to align CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs with local priorities.
- Develop and implement sustainable community development projects in areas such as health, education, vocational training, clean water, and infrastructure.
- Social Welfare
- Coordinate the planning, budgeting, monitoring and execution of Social Welfare Schemes in line with company policies and Social Welfare Guidelines issued by DGPC and relevant Petroleum Concession Agreements / Leases.
- Maintain active coordination with all stakeholders in the execution of Social Welfare Schemes as required under the Social Welfare Guidelines.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Liaise with government departments (e.g., Directorate General of Petroleum Concessions, District Administration) on social welfare schemes and project approvals.
- Maintain complete documentation of social welfare schemes for external / internal audits, regulatory inspections, and management reviews.
- Ensure social welfare and community development activities comply with all applicable regulations.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Exploration, Operations, Finance, HSE, and Security departments to integrate social welfare considerations into company projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and joint venture partners regarding CSR and social welfare performance.
