Foundation for Ageing and Inclusive Development is a trusted not-for-profit organization with a rich history of serving the humanitarian and development sector, both locally and globally. Our journey began with registration as a Trust in Islamabad in 2020 under the Trust Registration Act 1886 (Registration Number 756). In 2024, we expanded our scope and re-registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. Today, we continue to drive positive change and promote inclusive development for ageing populations.

Foundation for Ageing & Inclusive Development- FAID invites reputable local vendors and transport companies to submit quotations for the rented vehicles along with drivers for its field offices in Nowshera and Shikarpur.

a)      Interested vendors/transport companies can also collect the detailed bidding documents from the below-mentioned address or requesting by email not later than 18th July 2025 during official working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The Sealed bid should be submitted to the following address not later than 22 July 2025 till 5:00 PM.

b)      Sealed bids should be submitted at the below-mentioned office address either through Courier or in Person:

-          Office No.6, Ground Floor, Shah Tower, E/11/2 Markaz Islamabad

  • The Vendor/Transport Company must be registered in Pakistan
  • The supplier/firm must have an NTN and GST number.
  • The last six months updated Bank Statement is mandatory.
  • All applicable taxes by the Government of Pakistan/Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/ Government of Sindh must be added in the cost.

 

The award to the Vendor /Transport Company will be based on the following criteria.

1)       Best price/offer.

2)       Valid driving licence

3)       Working Experience in KP/Sindh and within the NGO sector particularly with INGOs;.

5)       Only locally shortlisted vendors/transport companies will be preferred & asked for vehicle inspection.  

6)       Police certification

Vendors applying for the bid before submission must recheck and confirm that all required documents are attached and there are no calculation errors in quoted prices. Vendors should submit quotes inclusive of GST.
