Position: M&D Officer
Organization: Research and Development Solutions (RADS)
Location: Orangi Town Karachi
Reporting to: Project Coordinator Sindh

Background:

Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is committed to generating evidence-based solutions to strengthen community health systems, enhance program implementation, and inform policy through high-quality research and data-driven insights. To support its ongoing projects, RADS is hiring a Monitoring & Data (M&D) Officer to lead and support data management, quality assurance, and reporting functions.

 

Scope of work and deliverables

  • Specific tasks and responsibilities the UlL team is expecting from Wahid during his stay include:
  • Performing data cleaning and ensuring data integrity
  • Performing data quality checks
  • Creating data visualizations, dashboards using Power Bl
  • Learn and use STATA codes
  • Documentation of data cleaning processes and methodologies
  • Conducting basic statistical analysis
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
  • Ensuring data privacy and security compliance
  • Comprehensive data reports and visualizations to present findings
  • Presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations
  • Identifying potential issues in data and providing solutions
  • Weekly update meetings and monthly progress reports for internal teams
  • Monthly progress reports to the external stakeholders
  • Regular field visit and spot checks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis.
  • Experience with data cleaning, quality checks, and basic statistical analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and STATA (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Good documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure data privacy and work collaboratively with teams.
