The Monitoring, Data Management, and Reporting Officer will be responsible for developing and managing the project's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to measure the project's performance and impact while ensuring data-driven decision-making and compliance with donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement the MEL framework; monitor project indicators; conduct surveys and qualitative data collection.

Data Management: Manage digital data systems and tools; ensure data accuracy and security; develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting.

Reporting: Prepare project narrative and event reports communicating progress and impact; ensure compliance with donor guidelines; document lessons learned and best practices.

Capacity Building: Train staff and partners in MEL methodologies, tools, and reporting procedures.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager, Social Sustainability Due Diligence Coordinator, and district coordinators; support external evaluations; support the project team in organizing and conducting events and project activities.

Accountability Systems: Assist in implementing and monitoring grievance mechanisms within partner firms and track effectiveness alongside the project team.
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Statistics, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in M&E, data management, or project reporting, preferably in development projects.

Strong skills in data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), MEL tools, and digital data collection systems (KoBo ToolBox).

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing in English.

Willingness to travel to field sites and work closely with implementation partners in Punjab, and need-based travel to Islamabad.
