A national non-governmental, non-profit organization invites sealed bids from reputable and qualified insurance companies, registered with relevant regulatory and tax authorities, and possessing adequate technical and financial capacity, for the provision of Health, Group Life, and General Insurance Services for its staff, offices, health facilities, assets, and vehicles located across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only those insurance companies that can provide complete coverage across all required categories—Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, and General Insurance (including assets, stock, cash, and vehicles)—are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
2. Takaful Services Requirement:FPHC gives preference to Takaful (Islamic Insurance) services that comply with Shariah principles. Bidders offering Takaful coverage must:Provide documentation that confirms Shariah compliance from a recognized Shariah board or advisor. Cover all specified categories including Health, Group Life, General Assets, and Vehicles, as detailed in Annex-A. If a conventional insurer is participating, they may partner with a recognized Takaful provider to deliver compliant services.
3. Bidders must submit their company profile, experience/business certificates with GOs/NGOs/INGOs/UN organizations, and approximate delivery time mentioning in sealed quotations/bids.
4. Bids delivered after specified time & date will not be accepted.
5. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all kind of govt. taxes.
6. Prices should be quoted in PAK Rupees only
7. The procurement committee reserves the rights to alter the quantity(s) and specifications, if required.
8. Procurement committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
9. Award will be made on technically qualified & lowest price basis but decision of the awarding committee will be final and cannot be challenged.
10. We would endeavor to provide you information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your offer.
