Responsibilities:
• Clear understanding in preparation of consolidate documents for procurement of goods, works, technical and consulting services and to ensure compliance with KfW procurement guidelines, national and Provincial regulations
• Preparing: procurement documents (e.g., invitations to bid, standard bidding documents, bid clarification and eventual amendments, bid evaluation reports, etc.).
• Elaboration of the tender documents including ToR, technical and commercial parts, in compliance with the KfW procurement guidelines;
• The preparation of KfW tender checklist for the procurement of goods and services;
• Assist in organizing and help managing pre-bid conferences; conduct the bid opening process and prepare the
minutes of bid opening; in due time for bid evaluations, organize and support evaluation committees, take part in the evaluation committees,
• Review of bid evaluation reports to verify the credibility of companies' offers and avoid misunderstanding on the quality, working time and team’s composition, and Verification of contractor’s invoices as per work/purchase order
• Contract negotiations to avoid any technical misunderstanding/clarity.
• Execute any other task required by the head of the department
Qualification, Skills & Abilities:
• Master/BS in Economics/Management Sciences/Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Law from HEC recognized institute
• At least 10 years of relevant experience related project with International Organization

• Personnel management skills and experience;
• Good problem-solving skills and results orientation;
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication and leadership skills;
• Excellent written / spoken English and Urdu; other local languages will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in the use of computer office applications on word processing and spread sheet;

Duty Station : Islamabad/Peshawar
Employment Contract: Part-Time
Work Week : 2 (Monday to Friday) Days - 40 hrs / week
Work Hours : 0830 hrs to 1715 hrs
