Job Title: Child Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Child Counselor to support orphan children and their guardians through emotional counseling, educational monitoring, and character-building programs. This role involves field visits, direct engagement with families, and coordination with schools to ensure holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with orphans and their guardians.
• Conduct household and school visits to monitor well-being and academic progress.
• Identify and assess new orphans for sponsorship.
• Organize Tarbiyah sessions on Islamic values, behaviour, and emotional resilience.
• Maintain accurate records and upload reports and documents.
• Support events, grants distribution, and recreational activities.
• Engage mothers through parenting sessions and family involvement initiatives.
• Use MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience working with children in educational institutes, community or non-profit settings.
• Strong communication, counseling, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
• Understanding of Islamic values and child protection principles.
