The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

  • Implement the M&E framework at district-level as per the guidance of the Manager PMER.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from all project components using standard formats and tools.
  • Conduct frequent field visits to verify activities, ensure data quality, and validate reported results.
  • Compile and submit district-level data to the Manager PMER on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate and coordinate monitoring and evaluation visits by internal staff, donors, or external evaluators.
  • Develop action plans in response to M&E findings and ensure regular follow-up with implementation teams to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Support the development and use of district-specific M&E tools, checklists, and reporting templates.
  • Work closely with the MIS Assistant to obtain, verify, and analyze MIS data for M&E reporting, learning, and identifying emerging trends.
  • Maintain an organized archive of M&E records, forms, reports, and evidence at the district level.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of data for monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reporting.
  • Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and quality in all M&E data and documentation processes.
  • Stay informed on project objectives, indicators, and sector-specific developments relevant to the district context.

 

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Master’s / Graduation degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, preferably in rural development or community-based livelihood projects.

 

Note: For all district based positions, the applicants from the respective districts will be given preference.
