Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

• Identify and assess potential sectors and value chains suitable for small and medium enterprise growth.
• Provide technical assistance and advisory support to entrepreneurs in business planning, management, and marketing.
• Develop and implement training programs on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and enterprise management.
• Facilitate access to finance by linking MSEs with financial institutions, investors, and microfinance providers
• Promote innovation and value addition through product diversification and quality improvement.
• Establish partnerships with public and private sector organizations to support enterprise development.
• Conduct market studies and feasibility assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor enterprise performance, document success stories, and provide periodic progress reports.
• Ensure gender inclusion and youth engagement in enterprise promotion initiatives.
• Support policy dialogue and advocacy related to SME development and enabling environments.

Qualification & Experience

Master’s degree or 16 years of education in relevant field with 7 years of relevant experience in MSM enterprise development interventions
