Job Description:

 

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

 

A. Capacity Building Management

  • Manage Project-level capacity building initiatives across all stages of the training cycle — from planning, implementation, monitoring, to evaluation.
  • Provide technical backstopping to Capacity Building Officer and District Capacity Building Officers to ensure timely achievement of project and program targets.
  • Support in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, and consolidate reports for submission to the Project Lead.
  • Assess the pace, methodology, and quality of ongoing capacity building activities and suggest course corrections where needed.
  • Ensure continuous on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of staff based at Head Office and district level.
  • Regularly track the performance of capacity building staff on a monthly basis and recommend improvements to Project Lead.
  • Collect and compile monthly reports from Capacity Building officer on district-level training interventions.
  • Manage case studies, success stories, and activity photographs from the field for internal and external sharing.
  • Monitor fund flow for capacity building activities and coordinate with the Finance Section for timely release and utilization of funds.
  • Facilitate monitoring and observatory visits of donors and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong liaison and regular coordination among Capacity Building Officers, and District Project Coordinators to ensure alignment at all levels.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with key stakeholders, including government departments, donors, and partner organizations.

Qualification & Experience

 

Master’s degree or 16 years of education in relevant field with 7 years of relevant experience in social engagement, interfaith harmony and capacity building of community based institutions
