CARE Pakistan invites bids for the Supply of Vanda and Wheat Straw in Muzaffargarh, Multan and Jhang, (Punjab)

1. Mandatory Criteria:

The bidder must submit the following papers and documents along with their offer:

• Income Tax Certificate (NTN), Active Filer Status
• One relevant Purchase Order (PO) or Contract showing previous experience of supplying fodder or Animal Feed to any INGO/NGO or UN agency. Failure to provide this will lead to disqualification

1. 2. PRE SELECTION CRITERIA

Prior to the selection criteria the proposal will be analyzed regarding quality of items based on the documents mentioned below:

• Annexure B - Should be sign stamped and dated
• Production Certificate/Quality Certificate/Proximate Test or Lab report describing the % of ingredients as mentioned in annexure B.

Note: It is mandatory to submit both the documents mentioned above. The vendors whose shared documents are in line with our requirement will proceed to the next selection criteria stage.

1. 3. SELECTION CRITERIA

The below criteria will be used to evaluate and select vendors.

• Price: 60 Marks (Annexure A – Should be sign stamped and dated).
• Delivery Time: 40 Marks (Preference 7 Consecutive days)

NOTE: PRE-DELIVERY QUALITY VERIFICATION:

1.The Selected Vendor will get the stock ready within 3-7 days. Before delivery, vendor will notify CARE Pakistan for inspection. CARE Pakistan in presence of the vendor will take sample of Wanda and get it tested from PARC or equivalent independent recognized Laboratory subject to CARE acceptance.

2.Testing will take a period up to 15 days, Vendor will be responsible for the Storage, Maintenance and handling of wanda and wheat straw till the quality test has been carried out and delivery approval has been issued by CARE Pakistan to the Vendor.

• • IF THE TEST RESULTS ARE ACCEPTABLE and aligned with the composition submitted in Annexure B, the vendor will then receive delivery approval from CARE to proceed with the delivery of the wanda and wheat straw at the Delivery Location: Muzaffargarh, Multan and Jhang, Punjab .

• • IF THE RESULTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, the result of PARC or equivalent independent recognized Laboratory (Subject to CARE Acceptance) deviate from the submitted specifications (Annexure B), the order will be considered null and void.

Terms and Conditions:

• NOTE: -CARE reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity mentioned herein.
• NOTE: - CARE reserves the right to allocate different components to one or multiple vendors to ensure timely completion. Therefore, the unit prices provided in the quote must be standalone and not dependent on prices for other items/ components. 
• NOTE: - This is a time-bound project. CARE will prioritize vendors who can ensure quick mobilization and completion. Upon selection, the vendor will be responsible for completing the task within the stipulated timeframe. Any deviation from the agreed timelines or required specifications may result in contract termination. A 5% penalty per day will be imposed for delay. By responding to this RFQ, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
• NOTE: -CARE reserves the right to reject one or all tenders without any reason.
