Relevant Experience & Qualification

 8-9 years’ experience of working in the public health. Experience, knowledge and report writing skills for public health programs .Experience in writing the proposals and donor reports. MBBS (with MPH Preferred)/Masters in Management/Social Sciences (Mass Communication will be preferred)

Job Description:

• Develop& submit the PR quarterly work plan in line with the overall proposal.
• Ensure execution and reporting of all program activities, training, BCC, meetings as per the approved work-plan.
• Reviewing and approving SRs work plan and coordinating and responding timely.
• Design and conduct the workshops based on the plan and review as per grant and donor requirements
• Regular-on going documentation and reporting on program activities
• Provide appropriate feedback on BCC and media activities
• Coordinate with the provincial and district staff as well as the SRs for effective and efficient implementation of BCC outreach activities.
• ICCM Balochistan Liaise with the National Program at provincial and district level and local NGOs/CBOs for conducting the advocacy and education sessions
• Keeping updated record of all relevant activities at federal, provincial and district levels
• Maintain constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff
• Represent the program at important forums as well as participate in technical working teams at national level with partners.
• Coordinate and ensure the development of malaria research studies as per the approved work plan.
• Ensure proper documentation of all program activities.
• Help in developing reports for further submission to donor.
• Coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of activities involving print and electronic media as per work plan for relevant time period.
• Capacity Building / Training of PR, SRs, SSRs, etc.), need based.
• Support in proposal development, coordinating with CO-PR for information & collaboration.
• Supported in Collation of information required for submission of donor proposal & ensure sharing with all team members.
• Initiated implementation of all district related to ICCM.
• Developed internal budget & ensure recommendation & projections.
• Developed internal concepts & guidance documents for standardized implementations of activities across SR’s & SID’s.
