Position: Provincial Coordinator Reporting Line: Team Lead

Purpose of the Role

The Provincial Coordinator will be responsible for the effective oversight, coordination, and quality assurance of training and project activities across designated districts within the province.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and execution of project/training activities for assigned province ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Serve as the main liaison between the Project team lead and provincial staff on ground
• Facilitate coordination & regular meetings with Team Lead & Implementation Coordinator and manage detailed provincial-level work plans
• Supervise and support the Implementation Coordinator for field-level interventions (e.g., training programs, outreach, data collection, community mobilization)
• Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of field teams, trainers, and logistics
• Monitor the progress of project activities across districts in the province against set targets
• Conduct field visits to oversee and verify activities, ensure adherence to program quality standards, training protocols, and data collection procedures
• Maintain & update the records, submit daily/ weekly/ monthly progress reports and coordination activities & ensure compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding protocols, and data privacy regulations
• Random checks and meeting with trainers, Implementation Coordinator
• Daily fill the Survey CTO form, submit weekly/ monthly reports on Implementation Coordinator performance/ ASPCs performance
• Addresses all the issues and complaints from the field on daily basis
• Any other relevant and necessary official task

Required Qualification

• Intermediate with extensive experience of field coordination / monitoring
