Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT field with at least 2-3 years relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- Providing support to Students, Faculty and staff related to IT equipment including Computers, Laptops, Multimedia Projectors, printers etc.
- Strong knowledge of windows and other Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting, IT Equipment and software.
- Hands-on expertise on Video Conference Software’s like Zoom, Teams and Meet.
- Strong troubleshooting skills of Computer Software and hardware.
- Handling Computers Labs, its software and day to day maintenance.
