Zakat Foundation of America is looking for qualified Trainors to teach students IT skills in its skill center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&K.

Trainer (Male/Female)

The Trainer will deliver structured training in digital skills, creative domains, and freelancing for youth enrolled in the program. The role includes curriculum-based teaching, practical demonstrations, portfolio building, mentorship, assessments, and guiding participants to become active earners on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on topics such as AI, freelancing (Fiverr, Upwork), Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe tools), Video Editing, WordPress Development and Social Media Marketing.
• Deliver lessons through structured curriculum, hands-on exercises, and practical projects.
• Mentor trainees on building competitive portfolios and freelancing profiles.
• Guide students on market trends, client management, and earning strategies.
• Provide personalized coaching to help youth secure their first online jobs.
• Maintain complete training records including attendance, scores, and assignment logs.
• Submit weekly progress updates including training records such as attendance, scores, and assignment logs to the Project Coordinator.
• Support trainees facing technical challenges with software, platforms, or tools.
• Participate in orientation sessions, awareness workshops, and certificate ceremonies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment, especially for female participants.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or freelancing.
• Practical experience working on freelancing platforms (Fiverr/Upwork) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, WordPress website development, social media marketing tools, strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
