Responsibilities

1. Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities based on drawings and specifications
2. Monitoring project costs and controlling expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
3. Measuring works executed on site and certifying contractor payments and interim payment certificates
4. Preparing and evaluating variations, claims, and change orders
   1. Managing contracts, including interpretation of contract conditions and advising on contractual matters
   2. Forecasting final project costs and identifying potential cost risks at an early stage
   3. Preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and recommending award based on cost and compliance
   4. Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure financial clarity and cost control
   5. Preparing final accounts and ensuring proper close-out of financial matters at project completion
   6. Maintaining proper records of measurements, costs, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes
