Job Description:

Develop and maintain Laravel REST APIs (controllers, models, resources, validation, policies).
Build React interfaces using functional components and hooks.
Integrate React with Laravel APIs (auth, protected routes, pagination, filtering, CRUD).
Manage MySQL queries, migrations, and schema updates.
Implement authentication using Laravel Sanctum (token + SPA login flows).
Build reusable UI components and handle state management (React hooks or a lightweight store).
Debug issues across frontend, backend, and database.
Optimize performance on both ends (API response time, frontend rendering).
Work with Git for branching, merging, and code reviews.
Collaborate with the team to break down tasks and deliver on timelines.

Relevant Experience:

3-4 years hands-on experience with Laravel.
2–3 years experience with React (SPA development).
Strong understanding of REST API design.
Good command of JavaScript ES6+, Laravel Eloquent, and SQL.
UI/UX awareness for building clean, practical interfaces.
Experience with Postman for API testing.
Ability to convert business requirements into working code.

Good To Have:

Experience with Tailwind or Bootstrap.
Redux/Zustand or other state management tools.
Experience with file uploads, PDF generation, or email integration in Laravel.
Basic knowledge of server environments (Ubuntu, Nginx/Apache).
