Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to expand our market presence and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs.
- Promote recruitment services to prospective clients across various industries.
- Conduct client meetings to present service offerings and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self motivated with a results driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
