Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media and Communication, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant digital-marketing certifications will be an advantage.

At least 3 years of practical experience in digital and social media marketing for MSMEs, including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business, content development, paid advertising, audience targeting, customer engagement, basic e-commerce, analytics and practical coaching of entrepreneurs.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
