Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in MSME marketing and market development, including market assessment, customer segmentation, branding, pricing, sales planning, product positioning, conventional marketing, buyer and market linkages, off-season business development and enterprise mentoring. Familiarity with digital marketing will be an advantage but will not replace broader market-development experience.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
