CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff. |
ROLE PURPOSE: Under general supervision of SHC, responsible for organization, maintenance, and management of clinic pharmacy and drug distribution to the clinic clients. Fills drug orders, requisitions, and way bills dispenses medicines, advise the health team regarding the nature and use of drugs, and train and/or supervise pharmacy staff at various sites. Prepare and maintain all necessary records on drugs purchased, received dispatched and inventory. |
