Relevant Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in community mobilization or outreach
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Experience working in micro grant projects/credits
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing business plans for entrepreneurs
• Experience in facilitating community participation in project activities
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating mobilization efforts
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local customs and traditions.
• Salary shall be allocated based on performance and number of benificiary registration.
• Prefrence shall be given to the local candidate

Job Description:

• Having relevant experience or knowledge of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), with a particular focus on the Benazir Nashonuma Program.
• Identification of potential beneficiaries form targeted villages and to prepare a list.
• Conduct community needs assessments to identify and prioritize areas of entrepreneurship.
• Develop tailored mobilization plans based on community needs and project objectives
• Raise awareness about project goals and objectives among community members
• Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
• Facilitate community participation in project activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Formation of village development organizations in targeted community and villages
• Assist the business development officer in developing the beneficiary’s business plans
• Facilitate the business development officer in disbursement of grants
• Collect the data on the progress of entrepreneurs and identify the challenges and timely reporting to grants specialist and business development officer.
• Facilitate the entrepreneurs in developing their enterprises.
• Prepare reports on mobilization activities and outcomes
• Provide training and mentorship to community members
• Identify and address potential conflicts or challenges
• Adhere to all project guidelines and ethical standards
