Job Title: Advertising and Marketing Communications Executive

Job Summary: 

The Advertising and Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, creating compelling presentations, managing social media content, and overseeing marketing projects. The role requires a strong ability in PowerPoint presentations, social media content writing, and communications. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least two years of relevant experience and a degree in Business (Bachelor’s or Master’s). A strict 3-month probation period is applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presentation Development:
    • Create visually compelling and persuasive PowerPoint presentations for internal and external
    • Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and project proposals to senior management and client online
  2. Social Media Content Creation:
    • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
    • Write and edit posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  3. Marketing Communications:
    • Draft and review marketing materials including newsletters, press releases, and promotional content.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and campaigns.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end process of marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables,
    • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  5. Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Act as a point of contact for client communication related to advertising and marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong presentation-making skills.
  • Excellent social media content writing skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for different platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing marketing campaigns and communication projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Probation Period: A strict 3-month probation period applies. Performance will be evaluated to determine suitability for a permanent position.

Salary: [40,000 to 50,000 PKR ]
