About CBM:
CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V (hereafter referred as CBM) is an international development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world. CBM’s head office is based in Bensheim, Germany.

CBM operates in Pakistan on the basis of MoU signed under the INGO policy governed by the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan. CBM’s Country Office-Pakistan is located in Islamabad. CBM works through implements projects through local partners, Government and NGOs.

Context/Activity/Objective/Expectations:

CBM Country Office, Pakistan is vacating its current office premises located at 2nd Floor, 85-West Rizwan Centre, Blue Area, Islamabad. In this process, as per agreement with the current premises owner, CBM aims to ensure handing over of the premises in the same condition as it was given to CBM at the time of occupancy. Therefore, we seek to hire a vendor to deliver the following tasks:
⮚ Remove office spaces/rooms created through glass partitioning
⮚ Remove additional cement brick walls (kitchen, washroom and adjacent room) and doors (including heavy metal safe door)
⮚ Remove other internal fixtures (cabinets, blinds, wires, boards/panels, display shelves, basins, tiles, other misc.)
⮚ Remove external grills Notes:
⮚ Selected vendor is expected to perform all the tasks above with great care, ensur- ing least breakage and preserving the scrap sale value of the items.
⮚ Selected vendor is expected to ensure taking into account adequate safety measures while performing the tasks.

⮚ Must be legally eligible individual/contractor/firm to work on this assignment i.e. have valid license/registration/qualification, clear history with reference to tax,
AML/CFT etc.
⮚ Expertise and experience in similar work/assignment. CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V
⮚ Willingness to adhere to CBM’s Safeguard Policy.
⮚ Able to meet deadlines.

imeframe:
The vendor is expected to complete the assignment in 05 days after signing the contract.

Best price as per market standards, relevant experience and commitment to deliver within the required timeline.
