CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V (hereafter referred as CBM) is an international development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world. CBM’s head office is based in Bensheim, Germany.

CBM operates in Pakistan on the basis of MoU signed under the INGO policy governed by the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan. CBM’s Country Office-Pakistan is lo- cated in Islamabad. CBM works through implements projects through local partners, Gov- ernment and NGOs.

Context/Activity/Objective/Expectations:

CBM Country Office, Pakistan is vacating its current office premises located at 2nd Floor, 85-West Rizwan Centre, Blue Area, Islamabad and moving to a new premises located at IRM complex at #7, Sunrise Avenue, Park Road, near COMSATS University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
In this process, CBM intends to hire a professional Packer and Mover’s services to transfer all the items to the new premises, as identified below, including;
⮚ Office furniture (sofa’s, tables, chairs, cabinets, glass table tops),
⮚ Electrical and electronic equipmentIT equipment
⮚ Documents/files,
⮚ Shields,
⮚ Stationery
⮚ Other office equipment

Further, this service package also includes:

⮚ Removal of 10 Acson (2 ton) AC’s along with all associated wires and equip- ment’s in the existing office premises @ Rizwan Centre.
⮚ Perform full service of 8 Acson AC’s.
⮚ Transfer and install fully serviced 8 Acson AC’s in the new office premises @ IRM Complex*.
* during the installation of AC’s, additional mounting brackets, piping and wiring may be re- quired, therefore, please include rate per unit for such items in the proposal/quotation.

⮚ Selected vendor is expected to perform all the tasks above with great care, ensuring no breakage and preserving the condition of the items.

The Vendor:
⮚ Must be legally eligible individual/contractor/firm to work on this assignment i.e. have valid license/registration/qualification, clear history with reference to tax,
AML/CFT etc.
⮚ Expertise and experience in similar work/assignment with proven track record.
⮚ Willingness to adhere to CBM’s Safeguard Policy.
⮚ Able to meet deadlines.
Timeframe:
The vendor is expected to complete the assignment in 03-04 days as per agreed delivery dates.
