The Sindh Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (SIOVS) is carrying out the project of CBM supported. You are kindly requested to submit your sealed quotation, addressed to the Program Coordinator-PEEK of the Community Department, SIOVS, at the Eye Hospital near Journalist Colony, Hyderabad, or email it to [email protected], with your best rates for the IEC, no later than 09th June 2025.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope or via email to the address provided above.
- Rates must include the cost of and transportation.
- The validity period of the rates is 6 months.
- Quotations should be submitted on the company's letterhead, including the company’s address, phone/fax number, NTN, and stamp.
- The cost should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- The supplier's payment details must be clearly stated, including the payee’s name for cheque issuance, if applicable.
- Delivery must occur within 7 days of receiving the Purchase Order (PO).
