Pathfinder International is seeking an Individual Consultant to design a professionally formatted Instructional Manual and produce a short bilingual video (Urdu & English) to support the National SBC Guidelines & Toolkit. The video should guide users step-by-step to complete the Learning Module independently.

Pathfinder International, under the Qadam-Ba-Qadam Project, has been actively engaged in strengthening the role of Social and Behavior Change (SBC) in enhancing public health outcomes in Pakistan. As part of this effort, Pathfinder worked in partnership with the Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination (MoNHSR&C) in collaboration with the World Health Organization, to develop the National SBC Guidelines and Toolkit.

As part of the broader initiative to build capacity around the National SBC Guidelines and Toolkit, Pathfinder International is developing a comprehensive Learning Module for the National SBC Guidelines and Toolkit, using instructional design methodology. This document will serve as a key resource for Government representatives, academia, and civil society organizations, supporting their capacity to effectively implement the SBC guidelines at national and provincial levels.

In line with this, Pathfinder seeks consultant services to design the Instructional Manual of the National SBC Guidelines & Toolkit into a professionally formatted booklet (both print and downloadable versions).

Additionally, the consultant will develop a short, engaging, and user-friendly bilingual instructional video (Urdu and English) explaining how to complete the Learning Module in the absence of a trainer.

Deliverables:

• Professionally designed Instructional Manual (print and downloadable)
• Bilingual instructional video with voiceover, captions, and animations
•  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manual design and video production
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
• Experience in public health or SBC is a plus
